Alley Cats Pizza

We teamed up with London’s favourite fishmonger, Rex Goldsmith at The Chelsea Fishmonger, for our latest catch. He sourced our head chef, Francesco, the juiciest red prawns from our friends in Argentina and we slow cooked them – topped our tomato marinara base with aged mozzarella and Grana Padano DOP – finished with spring onions, fresh basil, parsley and a drizzle of our house made chilli oil.
