Offer validity

All offers are valid 1–31 August 2026 at participating Plated venues only. Offers are subject to availability and must be booked or claimed during the festival period.

Combinations and pricing

Offers cannot be used in combination with any other promotion, discount or loyalty scheme. One offer per table unless otherwise stated. Prices are as stated in each listing and exclude any discretionary service charge unless otherwise stated.

Alcohol

Offers that include alcohol are available to over-18s only. Valid ID may be requested. Please drink responsibly.

Menus and dietary requirements

Menus are seasonal and dishes may change or run out without notice. We’ll always do our best to accommodate allergies and dietary requirements — please let the venue know when booking.

Booking

Bookings are made directly with the venue via its booking platform and are subject to that venue’s own cancellation and amendment policy.

Venue-specific terms

Each participating venue may have additional terms specific to its offer — for example days and times of availability, table size limits, pre-order requirements, or a code to quote at booking. These are set out on each venue’s listing page at plated.london and apply alongside the terms on this page.

Changes and fair use

The venue reserves the right to withdraw, amend or substitute any offer at any time and without prior notice. Where possible, changes will be reflected on plated.london. Offers are intended for personal, non-commercial use and are subject to fair use — venues reserve the right to refuse redemption where an offer is being misused, resold, or applied unreasonably.

Plated’s role

Plated is a marketing campaign delivered by the Knightsbridge Partnership and King’s Road Partnership. Plated is not party to any booking or transaction.
