We’ll do the prep. You do the rolling. Build your own hand rolls of salmon with citrus miso and ikura, tuna with spicy sauce, masago and spring onion. Add sushi rice, avocado, cress, crunchy kataifi and mixed sesame, then wrap it all in crispy nori.

A little hands-on, a lot of flavour.
